Farm to Table
I spent a three week program near Orvieto on Pulicaro Farm. We had a three day rotation of orto (orchards), animale (livestock), and cucina (kitchen). Each day we had two four-hour shifts to learn the process of the food system from Farm to Fork, while also providing for the 30 people on site.
